Cook Book Sales The favorite recipes of our members have been collected and arranged by season in our own "Whidbey Cooks for All Seasons". Each recipe has been tested by our cookbook committee which puts its stamp of approval on each entry. Books are available and at several locations around the island and from the branch by contacting us at

Spring Fashion Show Our annual show, held at the Whidbey Golf Club, has become a grand opportunity to gather with women from other island organizations as well as the general public. We enjoy a delicious lunch and take in the fashions of the new season while contributing to the advancement of young women.

Author Readings Series This series features nationally know authors who, in support of our scholarship program, agree to read excerpts, discuss and respond to audience questions about one of their books. This series debuted in December 2013 with the appearance of New York Times best selling mystery author, J.A. Jance, and featured her 21st J.P. Beaumont novel, Second Watch.

Terrific Treasures Sale Treasures from our membership and their neighbors make this a must stop for yard sale aficionados each May. A portion of the proceeds are directed to the LAF Fund.
